The engine identifies invalid or incomplete geometry, records estimate gaps, and measures relevant lengths, areas, volumes, counts, slopes, openings, and utility routes.
Each wall, roof, slab, finish, and utility route references an assembly recipe with a stable formula version. Compatible openings are subtracted only where the formula requires it.
Waste percentages are visible. Raw geometry remains available beside package-rounded purchase quantities so a user can understand the difference.
Price application is a separate step. Production cost claims require a licensed, dated, versioned baseline with source and geography. Development/test fixtures are rejected at the production boundary until that prerequisite is supplied.
Coverage is shown by category. Skipped or unknown inputs name the dependent categories that are omitted. No blank input is treated as zero or silently replaced.
