Terms of service.

These Terms govern use of AtriBuild provided by AtriBuild, 7 Whittier Pl Ste 108 Boston, MA 02114, operating under Massachusetts, USA.

Permitted use

AtriBuild is intended for lawful conceptual home, renovation, site, material, and utility planning. Users remain responsible for their project decisions and professional verification.

Effective date and acceptance

These Terms are effective August 9, 2026. Using the service after the final production Terms are posted constitutes acceptance as allowed by applicable law; public gallery submission also requires a separate project-level confirmation tied to the reviewed project revision.

Prohibited use

The production terms must prohibit unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, rights infringement, unsafe instructions, spam, abuse of sharing/gallery features, and attempts to bypass access controls.

Public gallery submissions

Projects are never published automatically. By explicitly submitting a project, the owner represents that they own or are authorized to share the submitted work and public text, that the preview does not expose personal or confidential information, and that the submission follows the community and safety rules. The owner grants AtriBuild a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, generate a cover for, display, moderate, and distribute the approved public submission only as needed to operate and promote the gallery. Ownership is not transferred.

Remixing

Editable remix permission is a separate option that is off by default. When enabled, signed-in users may create an independent scrubbed planning copy under these Terms; they do not receive private source fields, account information, notes, utilities, estimates, hidden content, or ownership of the original. Disabling or unpublishing later prevents new gallery remixes but does not revoke copies already created under the prior permission.

Moderation, reports, and removal

Submissions are not public until approved. AtriBuild may reject, suspend, or remove gallery content and may preserve limited audit and report records where needed for security, legal compliance, disputes, and repeat-abuse prevention. Owners can unpublish through project settings. People may report privacy exposure, personal information, spam, copyright concerns, unsafe content, or other violations.

Plans and billing

Free, Project Pass, Pro, and Pro+ entitlements must match the visible pricing matrix. Pro and Pro+ subscriptions renew automatically each period at the listed price until canceled in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period with access retained until then, downgrades apply at the next renewal, Project Pass is a one-time non-recurring purchase, and failed payments are retried before the plan reverts to Free. Refunds are handled per the refund terms in the billing portal.

Output limitations

No output is a permit approval, stamped plan, contractor bid, engineering result, code verification, guaranteed bill of materials, or construction guarantee.
